We are currently looking for a Manager of Implementation to join our team. This role has a preference for candidates in the Atlanta market, but can be fully remote for the right individual.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for implementation of data and system usage for new and existing customers that utilize Relatient product.
- Support customers by adhering to project management commitments to deliver a high-degree of customer service that will result in providing the ideal workflow process, offering continuous process improvement and enable long-term customer retention.
- Effectively communicates and works closely with the Interface Team, Customer Support Team
- Development and Sales Team to determine the proper platform to meet the customer’s needs and to ensure the proper on-boarding of service.
- Participates in departmental/branch meetings and training sessions to exchange ideas and develop knowledge and skills – this includes educating the customer support staff on the customer’s setup.
- Provides support throughout the customer life-cycle with external product partner offerings.
- Manage and support a high performing team responsible for delivery of Relatient products and services
Education & Experience Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree or additional work experience in lieu of degree is required
- 5+ years of proven work experience in project management in the information technology and healthcare sector using recognized PMI methodologies
- 2 or more years of experience supervising a team is preferred
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within a team to meet established project goals
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite of software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Travel:
- This role will require travel to the Atlanta Office approximately 10% of the time.
Compensation:
For positions filled within the United States, the typical salary range for this type of position is between $85,000-$125,000. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, job level, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers will be determined by factors such as candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
